The Spruce sleeps eight in one Serta Queen and two Serta Twin beds as well as two Futons. It offers a large Futon sitting area with fireplace and TV with DVD and VCR Players. A full kitchen with microwave and full size refrigerator / freezer fully equipped for everything from Breakfast to Gourmet Dinner.
